Christopher Xuereb is the managing attorney at Sweeney, Reich & Bolz, LLP. He aids the partners in the firm’s day to day office operations, helps guide the firm’s strategic vision and ultimately aids in the success of its legal services.
Besides his responsibilities as managing attorney, Christopher Xuereb maintains his own caseload, with his practice concentrated in the areas of Trusts and Estate Administration, primarily focusing on the administration of estates, contested probate proceedings, discovery proceedings and complex contested accounting proceedings in Surrogate’s Court.
In addition, Christopher also supervises the team of kinship investigators who conduct the genealogical research required to satisfy the standards of due diligence set by the Surrogate Court for estate accountings of the Public Administrator.
He has experience representing family members in kinship proceedings in order to establish their inheritance rights and is a member of the National Genealogical Society.
Christopher Xuereb graduated from Hofstra Law School in 2009. He received his Bachelor’s of Science in Criminal Justice from St. John’s University in 2002. Mr. Xuereb is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Queens County Bar Association.

In addition, Christopher also supervises the team of kinship investigators who conduct the genealogical research required to satisfy the standards of due diligence set forth in the Unform Rules for the Surrogate Court 207.16 on estate accountings for the Public Administrator.
He has experience representing family members in kinship proceedings in order to establish their inheritance rights and is a member of the National Genealogical Society.
