Kaitlin Hoffmann, Esq. is a member of the St. John’s University School of Law graduating class of 2021 and received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies with a Minor in Social Justice Theory from St. John’s University in 2016.
Since its inception, Ms. Hoffmann has worked as a member of Sweeney, Reich &Bolz’s Child Victims Act Litigation Team. She works closely with experts in the nuanced field of sexual abuse litigation, including attorneys Michael Dowd and Paul Mones, to handle our teams’ cases with the requisite trauma-informed expertise. Ms. Hoffmann is involved in every stage of the litigation process to ensure that each of our clients’ voices are heard, their stories are told, and their best interests are met. Ms. Hoffmann has been a member of our Child Victim’s Act Litigation Team throughout her time as an evening student at St. John’s School of Law; she focused her legal education on areas pertinent to her work in victim advocacy, including juvenile justice, child welfare reform, family violence, and sexual offenses.
