Michael Angelini graduated from St. John’s University School of Law in 2019, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Comparative International Studies from San Diego State University in 2016. Mr. Angelini is admitted to practice in the State of New York and is an Associate at Sweeney, Reich & Bolz, LLP. Mr. Angelini’s practice is devoted to litigating child-sex-abuse cases against institutions and entities that harbor sexual predators, especially claims that have recently become actionable by virtue of the Child Victims Act’s enactment.
Previously, Mr. Angelini worked at St. John’s Consumer Justice for the Elderly Litigation Clinic (CJELC), as well as its Securities and Arbitration Clinic, where he provided free legal services to Queens residents; interned for the Hon. Salvatore Modica at Queens County Supreme Court; and handled immigration matters, with a primary focus on processing O-1 visas. Mr. Angelini’s article, “Pay Up or Act Right: Extending the Right of Publicity to Online-Service Users Injured by Online Behavioral Advertising”, was published in the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Journal’s Winter 2020 edition.
