Christopher F. Bolz is an associate at Sweeney Reich & Bolz, LLP, where he concentrates his practice on trust and estate litigation and administration. Mr. Bolz handles all facets of estate disputes, including will contests, contested accounting proceedings, discovery proceedings, and kinship trials. Notably, he has conducted hundreds of SCPA § 1404 examinations—frequently securing favorable settlements or the denial of probate for estates valued at up to $30 million.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Bolz served as an Assistant District Attorney in Queens County under the Hon. Richard A. Brown. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.
